Hank Kratzer was formerly Supervisor of Business Intelligence (BI) at Specialty Labs (Valencia, CA), a $150M full-service, clinical reference laboratory focused on partnering with hospitals to support their role in community-based medicine and to reduce costs for episodes of care. He and his team built a 500GB SQL Server data warehouse from scratch and implemented a 100+ user Cognos BI multi-tier solution for ReportNet and PowerPlay. With the LAPD TEAMS II Development Bureau, Hank has worked with LAPD and LA City employees to implement an ad-hoc Cognos environment focusing on the Use of Force System (UOFS), Complaint Management System (CMS), and Risk Management Information System (RMIS). Hank has also worked extensively at Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District to research, select, implement and support an education data warehouse and Cognos 8 installation and implementation. He has worked at non-profits Fuller Seminary and World Impact. His passion is to deliver easy-to-understand data solutions for the business analyst.

Thuan Vuong was formerly the Director of NPower Los Angeles, a nonprofit organization whose mission was to support other non profits in their mission through improving their technology infrastructure. He was actively involved in helping nonprofit organizations improve their data infrastructure, and has developed solutions for organizations such as Pacific Asian Counseling Services, Angels Gate Cultural Center, PAWS San Diego, and Ballona Wetlands Land Trust. He likes to design in FileMaker as a way to have the "non-techies" actively involved in their own data processes at the granular level. He is a member of Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility and the FileMaker Solutions Alliance.
